The Suri or Surma is a small tribe consisted of approximately 20,000 members, some of whom are stockbreeders and shepherds. They live in South-East Ethiopia in the valley of the Omo. The women and the children usually wear jewelry with ornate flower designs made of white clay. Men, women and children paint their bodies and faces with natural ingredients.
